A diagnostic test can show if you have an active coronavirus infection and will determine whether you need to take steps to quarantine or isolate yourself from others. PCR tests detect the virus’ genetic material and are considered the gold standard for COVID-19 testing.

A rapid antigen test, or rapid test, is a rapid diagnostic test suitable for point-of-care testing that directly detects the presence or absence of an antigen. In this case, we are looking to detect a protein our immune systems emits when fighting COVID-19.

Rapid test results are produced within 15 minutes of the exam. Our current turnaround time for PCR is between 2-3 days, but we do offer rush PCR’s (24 hour guaranteed results) in some locations. Please make sure to call before booking if you need a PCR test for travel purposes.

For San Diego and Las Vegas locations, we will test you in your car. Please stay in your car and call the number on the signage to let us know you are there. In Los Angeles, please check in with our staff at the front desk. Once checked in you will wait outside until called in by our staff to conduct your test. We can make arrangements for clients that are less mobile, please call ahead for instructions.

Walk ins are welcome at our Culver City location! Appointments are required for all other locations.
